Is They/Them coming to Amazon?
Kevin Bacon is back on our screens in the new movie They/Them. Where do you need to go to watch it? Will They/Them come to Prime Video?
They/Them isn’t to be confused with the Amazon series Them. This is not the second season of the horror series, but it is going to be something for the thriller fans out there. Kevin Bacon stars as Owen Whistler, the head of an LGBTQ+ conversion camp.
Yes, that’s already scary enough. The idea that people still think conversion therapy is a good thing is alarming. However, there is another element of thriller to this story. There’s a mysterious murderer in the camp, and nobody is safe.
Will They/Them come to Prime Video?
There is some bad news for those who are ready to watch the movie. It’s not going to be available to stream on Prime Video. This isn’t one of those movies that will eventually head to the platform unless something big happens.
This is a Peacock movie. It’s headed straight to Peacock rather than going to theaters, which suggests that it’s going to remain on the newer streaming platform.
Will They/Them come to Amazon Video?
What about Amazon Instant Video? This is a great way for many people to watch movies. You just have to pay once, and the movie will always be available through your Amazon Library. It’s just a digital way of owning it on DVD.
The bad news is this thriller probably isn’t going to head to Amazon Video. It isn’t going to theaters first, which means it’s more likely to remain exclusive on Peacock. We’re not even certain it will come out on DVD and Blu-ray. It doesn’t make sense for streamers to release content in a way that takes people away from subscriptions.
They/Them is now available to stream on Peacock.
