Where the Crawdads Sing is not coming to Prime Video

There is some bad news. Where the Crawdads Sing is not heading to Prime Video. At least, that’s not going to be the case right away. The movie is a Sony Pictures movie, and there’s a specific licensing deal with that movie studio.

The movie will head to Netflix in the future. It’s not clear exactly how long it will take. We’re still not seeing releases for other Sony movies from 2022, including Morbius.

There is a chance that the movie will head to Prime Video in the future, though. The licensing agreement is only for a set period of time and then the rights will be sold to another streamer. This isn’t going to be for at least a year, though.

Where the Crawdads Sing will head to Amazon Instant Video

There is some good news, though. We will get a way to watch the movie on Amazon. As it’s a Sony movie, it will head to Digital. You will be able to buy the movie on Amazon Instant Video.

When you pay for the movie, it will be added to your Amazon Library. There’s no need to keep track of the streaming platform that it’s on when you get it on Digital.
