The opening minutes of The Boys Season 3 brought us a look at the movie Dawn of the 7. Is this a real movie to be released with the series?

We certainly can’t get enough of The Boys universe that’s been created. The first three episodes of Season 3 are now available to stream, and the opening minutes brought us an Avengers- and Justice League-style movie tease. Dawn of the 7 is that movie, and the tease certainly makes us want to see more.

Is this something that the series is going to develop? Is it a real movie for us to watch? There is some bad news. At least, as of right now!

Dawn of the 7 is not a real movie with The Boys cast

Prime Video is not bringing us the movie Dawn of the 7. This is just a movie created for the universe, something that we saw the characters filming during the second season. It was supposed to be a look at how The Seven came about.

In the end, the movie had to change. Instead of the original villain, the Seven learn that Stormfront is the real villain. She wants to bring the Fourth Reich to the U.S., and it’s up to the rest of the Seven to take her down. We even get to see Charlize Theron step into the role of Stormfront for the movie since the real Stormfront is in a hospital bed with no limbs after Homelander’s son almost killed her.

The movie is just a take on the worlds of Avengers and Justice League. There’s even the #ReleasetheBourkeCut in The Boys universe, which is a take on the #ReleasetheSnyderCut that brought us the longer version of the Justice League movie.

There are no plans to actually make this movie. It’s just for the world of The Boys, where the Supes are real celebrities.
