Hunters Season 2 is not coming to Prime Video in June 2022

We continue to wait for any bit of news about Hunters Season 2. It’s definitely not coming to Prime Video in June, but when could we see it?

We have double-checked the list of Prime releases in June just in case, but this is not a series that’s going to arrive. The long wait continues for Hunters Season 2. And it is a long wait. It’s been almost two-and-a-half years since we got to see the first season.

If you’re worried about it being cancelled, that’s not what has happened. The series has just taken some time to get through production. There were two stages to the production: the U.S. and the European stage. With the pandemic and various rules across the world, it’s led to some delays for multiple shows. Carnival Row fans also feel the wait.

When is Hunters Season 2 coming to Prime Video?

I wish I could offer up an answer for this. As of right now, there isn’t any sign of Hunters Season 2 coming soon. We don’t even know if it will arrive in 2022!

The last we heard, the series had completed its U.S. stage of production and was moving across the water to Europe. This isn’t surprising with the way things ended in the first season. One of the Nazis was heading to Europe to flee persecution in the U.S. It’s just not clear how many episodes were left to film, or how long was left in this part of production.

Then there’s the post-production stage. This can take a few months. With a series like this, there’s a little extra post-production to make the 2020s look like the 1970s.
