As a new Jack Carr novel enters the list of most read Amazon books, the ninth Outlander book drops out of the Top 10. Here’s the full list for the week, May 22–28.

We enter another week, giving us a chance to look back at the most popular books of the previous week. Last week saw a bit of change going on across the entire list.

While the Top 5 remained the same, we saw changes elsewhere in the Top 10. Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon was knocked out of the Top 10 list. It holds onto 11th place, but in a few weeks, we could see this book out of the list completely.

Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens jumped back up four places to get into the Top 10. This isn’t surprising when you consider the movie based on the book is coming to theaters very soon. Trailers are everywhere now, which will lead to people checking out the Delia Owens novel.

New Jack Carr book enters, The Paris Apartment falls

Meanwhile, the list saw one new novel enter. In the Blood by Jack Carr made it into the second half of the list, but we could see it gain spots next week. It’s entered high in the list of most sold Amazon books last week. We’ll bring that list tomorrow.

The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley was one of the most notable losses of the week. It dropped four places, just holding onto a place on the list. Foley’s novels are quick reads, so it’s not surprising to see it drop off the list early.

However, Emily Henry’s Book Lovers gained a spot on the list after entering in the Top 15 last week. Will it continue to gain or is this the highest level it will sit?
