There are a lot of movies that focus on second chances. In many cases, this involves adults somehow being transported back to their high school selves. That’s not the case here.

Rebel Wilson plays a cheerleader who fell into a coma just before her prom. She wakes up 20 years later, realizing that she’s missed everything great in her life. So, she decides that she wants to relive all the experiences, and that means going back to high school and recapturing her youth.

Senior Year is not on Prime Video

There is some bad news for those looking to watch the series on Prime Video. Senior Year is not available to stream, and it’s not going to be available. At least, not any time soon.

This is a Netflix Original Movie. The only place to stream the movie right now is on Netflix. There’s no need for Netflix to share with Prime Video right now. This could change in the future if the companies struggling financially, but not right now.

What about the release on Digital? If a movie is coming to Digital, it would mean it’s available to buy on Amazon Instant Video. Is that going to be the case with this one?

The movie is unlikely to come to Amazon Instant Video. Netflix movies don’t tend to be released on Digital. It doesn’t make sense for Netflix to release content on Digital. This takes people away from the streaming platform, and we know Netflix is starting to struggle with the streaming competition out there now. So, the only place to likely watch the movie is on Netflix.
