Didn’t get to grow up with the original series? Missed all the reruns? You may not have a clue what this series is, so it could have been a release you overlooked on Prime Video this month. You won’t want to miss out. Here’s all you need to know about the series.

The Kids in the Hall synopsis

Fans of Saturday Night Live, Monty Python, and Little Britain will want to check out this series. The Kids in the Hall is a Canadian comedy sketch show, with five actors taking on the majority of the roles in all sketches. Yes, that includes the female roles!

Dave Foley, Bruce McCulloch, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney, and Scott Thompson are the five main comedians in the series, and they are all returning for this revival. They will be joined by other big names in the comedy space, including Kenan Thompson, Catherine O’Hara, and Pete Davidson.

Each episode will have a string of different sketches. There are eight episodes to the season, and there will be plenty of sketches thrown into each episode.

Some of the sketches will be controversial. You just have to look at what some of the sketches were about in the original series. In fact, the topics the actors were and weren’t allowed to cover is a gag within the promo for the revival.
