Is Outer Range Season 2 happening at Prime Video?

Outer Range Season 1 has come to an end. One thing is clear: this doesn’t seem like it should be the end. Will Outer Range Season 2 happen at Prime Video?

There is absolutely no doubt that we need to see more from this Josh Brolin series. Outer Range took us on a wild journey, and you probably spent the whole two hours on the edge of your seat. Now you need to know if there’s going to be more to the series.

Prime Video hasn’t made any early decisions for this series. That doesn’t mean anything bad right now. It just means the streamer wants to take a little more time to see if there’s enough interest in the series.

Outer Range Season 2 isn’t confirmed just yet

So, the bad news is we don’t have a renewal just yet. However, there’s also no sign just yet that the series is going to be canceled. There’s no doubt there’s been a lot of interest in the series.

One thing to point out is that this hasn’t been billed as a limited series by Prime Video. On the press site, the series was written as “Outer Range Season 1.” This is good in the sense that the series

We’re keeping an eye on Prime Video now to see if there’s going to be a second series. As soon as there’s a decision, we’ll be sure to let you know. We’re expecting a decision to be made within a couple of months, but Prime Video hasn’t been consistent with time frames for renewals recently. After all, we’re still waiting on the word for Upload Season 3 at the time of writing this!
