The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5 is not coming to Prime Video in May 2022
While we’re not quite ready for the series to end, we do want to see what is in store for Midge. The wait for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5 on Prime Video continues.
There is no doubt that we’re not ready to see Midge’s journey to come to an end, but we need to see it happen. We’ve followed her since that day Joel told her he was having an affair and leaving her. That was the moment her dream started without her even realizing it at first.
The bad news is we won’t get to see how it all finishes for her in May 2022. Maybe that’s a good thing, right? The series isn’t on the list of May releases on Prime Video, but we never expected to see it, though.
When is The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5 coming to Prime Video?
We’re expecting a relatively long wait for the show. By relatively long, we mean that it’s not likely going to arrive in 2022. The earliest we’re expecting the final season is February 2023.
That doesn’t stop some news coming out about the series. There is some casting news lately, including the news that Kelly Bishop will return to the final season. Considering Rose’s decision not to stop being a matchmaker, that isn’t surprising. Will the other matchmakers come into the series as they threaten Rose and her family?
We will also see more of Susie’s assistant Dinah and the late-night booker Mike Carr. Both Aflie Fuller and Jason Ralph have been upped to series regulars for the finale season. They join Reid Scott, who was previously announced as a new series regular. Reid played talk show host Gordon Ford, and we last saw Midge seemingly getting a light bulb moment to either get on the Gordon Ford talk show or get her own talk show.
Stay tuned for the latest updates about The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5 on Prime Video.
