There are no clues in the promo for the new season as to which way this storyline goes, but it is possible that time can’t be changed but that doesn’t mean everything was in Alma’s head.

In fact, Becca also has the ability to go into the past. She can head into past memories, but that doesn’t mean she can change anything. It’s time to see how the sisters connect over their joint abilities, especially as they look for the answers to secrets in their mother’s past.
