Harry Potter fans everywhere are excited to head back to theaters for another Fantastic Beasts movie. This one delves into some of the secrets Albus Dumbledore has kept throughout the years.

You may be heading to theaters anyway to watch it but know you want it on DVD and Blu-ray afterward. Maybe you’re one of those who isn’t too sure about the theaters. You may just want to wait until you can own it at home. So, when can we expect it to come to DVD and Blu-ray?

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore DVD and Blu-ray release time

We don’t have an exact release date for The Secrets of Dumbledore on DVD and Blu-ray just yet. That means we need to look at other movies from the same production studio. This is a Warner Bros. movie, so we’re looking at The Matrix Resurrections and The Batman as both have been among the biggest releases in recent months.

It’s taken about two-and-a-half months for the movies to go from theaters to DVD and Blu-ray. We’re looking at something similar for the third Fantastic Beasts movie. With that in mind, we’re looking at around June 28 or July 5 as the DVD and Blu-ray release date.

The Digital release is going to be much sooner. We’re best looking at The Batman for this due to the way the deal for HBO Max releases has changed. The Digital release is happening 46 days after the theatrical release, which is the day after the HBO Max release and works for a Tuesday release. Warner Bros. made it clear that it would offer theaters a 45-day exclusivity window and that’s it.

We’re probably going to see The Secrets of Dumbledore come to Digital on Tuesday, May 31.
