A new week is here, which means we’re ready for new content streaming on Prime Video. What will arrive between April 4 and 11?

This week is a quiet one to start with. You’ll want to check back in with everything that arrived on Friday, April 1. There were some excellent movies to watch throughout the weekend.

Some of the favorite movies will be Pineapple ExpressThe Bodyguard, and Shrek Forever After. You’ve got a great selection, and we can’t overlook the Amazon Channels samples that are only around for April, so now is a good time to start.

There were also some good originals released. A firm favorite is The Outlaws, which is a little like Misfits meets Good Girls.

But what about the week coming up? There are three releases happening toward the end of the week.

The first is Laura Pausini – Pleased to Meet You, which is an Italian-language program. It follows Laura Pausini as she retraces her steps from childhood to her career now. What would her life be like if she didn’t have luck on her side? That’s something she takes a look at during the special, which drops on Thursday, April 7.

Then on Friday, April 8, there are two releases. One of those is for the kids in the house. There’s a new Do, Re, and Mi special. This one is the Birdie Bowl Singalong, and your preschoolers will want to join in.

What about for the adults? All the Old Knives is streaming on Prime Video this week. Chris Pine stars as a former CIA agent who is tasked with finding a mole responsible for the deaths of more than 100 people in a plane crash. One of the potential moles could be his former lover, and the two meet for dinner. Only one will make it out alive.
