Young Rock Season 1 and more coming to DVD and Blu-ray this week

It’s the last Tuesday of March, and there are some exciting new DVD and Blu-ray releases. Young Rock is just one of the notable additions to make to your DVD collection.

There may only be five DVD and Blu-ray releases happening this week, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to buy. In fact, this is a big week for the whole family.

Young Rock Season 1 is certainly the most notable release for comedy fans (and for Dwayne Johnson fans). Like most NBC shows, it is only going to be available on DVD, and we’re not expecting many bonus features. However, it is a chance to own all episodes so you can watch whenever you want.

The series has been renewed for Season 2. In fact, that second season is on NBC right now. We’re also hoping to see a third season because this is one of the best comedies on the network right now.

Sing 2, Marry Me, and more

When it comes to something for the whole family, Sing 2 is coming to DVD and Blu-ray this week. It’s the sequel to the excellent animated movie that sees various animals show off their performance skills. Now it’s time for them to go big, but not everyone is quite so ready for that. Will nerves get the better of some of our favorite performers?

Marry Me is a great option for those looking for a cheesy rom-com. Jennifer Lopez stars as Kat, who finds out her partner is cheating just hours before they’re supposed to get married. So, she decides to do something crazy and marries one of the men at her gig. That guy had no idea he was holding a “marry me” sign, but he goes through with the wedding. What happens when the two have to learn to love each other?
