The Boys Season 3 teaser trailer brings more gore, more Supes, and more surprises

The Boys Season 3 will be here before we know it. To get us ready for it, the series dropped the teaser trailer and we’re ready for more.

Get ready for more of everything. The Boys Season 3 teaser trailer arrived and the weekend, and it has not disappointed. We get a look at some of the new characters arriving, including Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy. It looks like he’s just another Homelander at times. How psychotic is he really?

The two-minute video certainly gets us ready for some great moments throughout the new season. And we can’t overlook some of the Supernatural homages, including “we’ve got work to do.” There are a lot of questions that arise from it, too.

Musical numbers, laser eyes, and more in The Boys Season 3 teaser trailer

One of the standout elements to the trailer has to be Butcher. He has fiery laser eyes. What’s going on here?

The last we saw of Butcher, he took Becca’s son to raise him well away from everyone else. The boy had just accidentally killed his mother while trying to take down Stormfront. He just doesn’t have control of his powers. Being close to Supes doesn’t give powers, so has someone injected him with Compound V?

What does this mean for Butcher moving forward? He’ll work hard to keep his humanity, but it could mean an epic showdown between Butcher and Homelander.

Meanwhile, it looks like there’s going to be a musical episode of some sort. There are clips of characters singing and dancing. It could just be some sort of show that the Supes are putting on, but we know that the series always likes to keep us on our toes.
