Is Peacemaker on Amazon?

Peacemaker has just landed a second season and now you want to watch the first. Where is it streaming online? Is Peacemaker on Prime Video?

DC’s Peacemaker has landed itself a second season. That’s not all too surprising when you consider the fan reaction to the first. This was a series we didn’t even realize we needed, and it entertained from start to finish. It’s also one of those shows where you must watch the opening credits.

So, where is it streaming?  After all, now you need to watch the first season so you’re ready to chat about it with your friends.

Peacemaker is not on Prime Video

There is some bad news for those looking to stream the John Cena series on Amazon Prime Video. This isn’t where you can watch it.

The show is a HBO Max series. And only HBO Max. It does not go to HBO Now.

You can’t get HBO Max as one of the Prime Channels. That means you need to go directly to the platform to be able to watch the show.

Peacemaker may come to Amazon Video

There’s always Amazon Instant Video, though, right? This is where TV shows and movies head after their releases in theaters and on TV. You’ll pay for the Digital copy, and it will be added to your Amazon Library so you can watch as often as you like.

It’s not clear if this series is going to head to Amazon Video. HBO Max shows tend to remain exclusively on the platform. It makes more financial sense for HBO Max (and other streaming platforms) to do that.

There are times that there are exceptions. This could be one of them. This is a continuation of a character from The Suicide Squad, which is on Digital. Warner Bros. may have wanted to release the TV series on Digital and DVD, too. We’ll have to wait and see what the plans are.

Peacemaker is available to stream on HBO Max.
