Most sold Amazon books last week: Valentine’s book for children moves up
Monday was all about Valentine’s Day. It’s not surprising to see that there were books about love and the day on the list of most sold Amazon books.
When it comes to the month of love, we tend to see certain types of books make it to the list of most sold Amazon books. There are Valentine’s Day books for children, and then there are those for the adults in the house.
We certainly saw a good mixture of content make it to the list last week. The most notable has to be Little Blue Truck’s Valentine by Alice Schertle, which gained 11 places on the list to get into the Top 3. It’s not likely to stay there, but it shows the success of the Little Blue Truck books.
Another for children was Happy Valentine’s Day, Mouse! by Laura Numeroff. It was a reentry for the week, getting into 18th place.
3 new books on the list
There were three new books that made it to the list of most sold Amazon books last week. All three were in the bottom half of the list, with the highest new addition in 14th place. That was The Christie Affair by Nina de Gramont.
Black Cake by Charmaine Wilderson entered in 16th place, with The Broken One by Brittney Sahin entering in 20th place. Some of these books may move up the list during this week, but we’ll need to wait and see.
There were a few notable movers during the list. The Seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid lost two places and landed outside the Top 5. That is partly due to the Valentine’s Day climber and also due to the reentry of the Throne of Glass bundle by Sarah J. Maas, which got into fifth place.
The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling were the biggest movers down the list, losing four places each.
