When is Moonfall coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

Moonfall is currently out in theaters. Waiting for it to head to DVD and Blu-ray? We’re taking a look at when that could happen.

Not everyone wants to head to movie theaters right now. Not all movie theaters have even reopened yet. It isn’t all too surprising to find out that many movies are struggling financially when they release.

People are waiting to own the movies at home. That could be the case for Moonfall, which has just recently been released in movie theaters around the world.

It will head to DVD and Blu-ray in the near future. We don’t have an exact date yet, but we can make a prediction based on the release of other movies from the same production studio.

Moonfall DVD and Blu-ray release date predictions

As a Lionsgate movie, we’re looking at Spiral and The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard as guides as to when Moonfall could come to DVD and Blu-ray. Both of these movies came out in 2021, and they didn’t necessarily do the best at the Box Office.

It took two months for the two movies to go from theaters to DVD. We’re looking at about the same timeframe for the latest disaster flick. It means we could be looking at as early as Tuesday, April 5 for this movie to head to DVD and Blu-ray.

The Digital release will likely be a lot sooner. In fact, we could see it within the next week or so.

We will probably see a short turnaround for the DVD release. After all, the movie has flopped at the Box Office and the reviews haven’t been great. It has just a 39% score from the critics, although audiences are a little nicer with it getting a 63% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
