If you’re ready to add the latest season of the dystopian series to your DVD collection, there isn’t long left to wait. The Handmaid’s Tale Season 4 is coming to DVD in just a few short months.

This is the season that finally sees June reach Canada. However, that wasn’t without some upset along the way, especially as she wondered whether she’d be able to leave Hannah behind.

At the same time, Serena Joy and Fred are in Canada trying to deal with their legal problems. Both of them are now facing trial, and they need to decide whether they will stand together or go up against each other. One thing may help them stand together, and it’s nothing to do with June.

The Handmaid’s Tale Season 4 DVD release date

The new season arrives on DVD on Tuesday, April 5. This is just short of 12 months since the season premiered on Hulu.

It is only coming to DVD. The lack of Blu-ray release is likely due to the amount of people not buying the Blu-ray edition so there isn’t the justification to create it.

Getting the DVD is only worth it if you want to get rid of your Hulu subscription. There are no bonus features to the boxset. It is a shame because this is a show I’d love to see the behind-the-scenes footage. We’re saying goodbye to a major character, so it would have been good to have something about that character.
