The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 is not coming in 2021
We officially have a premiere date for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4. One thing the date tells us is not to expect an episode in 2021.
We had hoped that Amazon would bring us a Christmas miracle. With previous seasons dropping in December, we’d hoped that it would happen again this year. After all, we’ve waited two years for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4.
Amazon has given us the official release date of the season, and it came with some bad news. The season is not going to drop in 2021 at all.
The good news is we’re not waiting too long for the series to arrive in 2022. Here’s what we know so far.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 is coming in February 2022
Amazon announced that we’d get the fourth season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel in February. The first two episodes will arrive on Friday, Feb. 18. It’s a bit of a wait still, but at least we have a light at the end of the tunnel.
The downside is we won’t get the season in one big binge-watch. Amazon is moving into a hybrid model for a lot of shows. This has worked well for some of the bigger shows on the streamer as it keeps the shows in the mind of the viewers for longer.
We’ll get two episodes each week, so it is a different hybrid release to the likes of The Boys and The Wheel of Time. There are eight episodes to the season, so the finale will air on March 11.
This is a season of change. The show is moving into the 1960s, and Midge is done being the opening act for anyone. She’s ready to be the headline act, but is everyone ready for her? Susie doesn’t think so.
