Dune DVD release date set for January 2022

Dune was certainly one of the big and most anticipated movie releases in 2021. It’s almost time to get the Dune DVD and Blu-ray.

There were a few movies in 2021 that we were excited to see. Dune was certainly one of them, and it met a lot of expectations.

You may not have had a chance to see it in theaters just yet. That could be because your local theater isn’t operating to full capacity yet, or it may be because you’re not sure about heading out to the movies just yet. That means finding out when the movies are heading to DVD and Blu-ray.

The good news is the Dune DVD release date is now officially set. When can you add it to your collection?

The movie will head to DVD and Blu-ray on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022. Yes, that does mean there’s still a bit of a wait on our hands. It also means it won’t be out in time for Christmas.

The release is around the time that we thought. We were off by a week, predicting Jan. 18. Better to predict a longer time than a shorter one, right?

You can already pre-order the movie on DVD and Blu-ray. When you pre-order, you’ll get it with the Price Guarantee, and you’ll grab it with two-day free shipping with Amazon Prime. Plus, if you were planning on getting this as a Christmas gift, you can at least offer the printout of the pre-order to show that you’ve thought about it.

The good news is you can get the movie on Digital sooner. You can already order it on Amazon Video, iTunes, and other Digital retailers. This is to buy, too! There’s no need to put up with just renting the movie.
