Another week brings more change to the list of most sold Amazon books. Mercy by David Baldacci was the only new addition during the week, but plenty of books moved around.

Mercy made it into second place during its first week on the list. Considering it was also on the list of most read Amazon books last week, that’s not all too surprising. We could see this book remain high for a couple of weeks.

It did mean one book was knocked out of the Top 3. The Judge’s List by John Grisham didn’t move. Instead, The Dark Hours by Michael Connelly lost four places to end up knocked out of the Top 5. The Lincoln Highway b Amor Towles moved up to spots to land a Top 5 place.

Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone up, Never down

The biggest mover on the list was Never by Ken Follett. After just entering the previous week, it lost 13 places to landing 20th place last week. We’ll likely see it drop off the list entirely this week.

The Stranger in the Lifeboat by Mitch Albom also lost a large number of places. It dropped 11 spots to just hold onto a place in the Top 15.

Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon moved up the list. It gained three spots to get into seventh place. The book is now officially out rather than being sold on pre-sales, so I’m sure we’ll see the book move further up the list during this week.

I’m also expecting the novel to make it to the list of most read Amazon books this week. It didn’t make it onto the list last week, but it has only just been released. And we have to remember that a lot of Outlander fans buy the hardback, and it’s impossible for Amazon to track those readers. That list is made up of Audible and Kindle users.
