Shang-Chi and more coming to DVD and Blu-ray this week
The last day of November brings us a few DVD and Blu-ray releases. Shang-Chi is the biggest release of the week. What else can you own?
There will be one DVD and Blu-ray release that you’ve had on pre-order since it was announced. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was one of the most highly anticipated Marvel movies of 2021, and it certainly did not disappoint.
It is not the only DVD release of the week. It’s just probably the biggest of the week.
Malignant, My Life Is Murder, and more on DVD and Blu-ray
This week brings four movies and TV shows in total. The other big movie release is Malignant. The horror came out during September and has received mixed reviews.
Madison Mitchell has visions, some of them terrifying and horrific murders. She soon realizes that she’s having visions of events happening in real life, and now she needs to stop a killer to save her own life. Can she do anything to protect the next victim?
If you’re looking for something lighter, you’ll want to turn to My Life Is Murder Season 2. Lucy Lawless’s Alexa Crowe is back, but this time she’s in New Zealand instead of Australia. The second season moved production, and that was written into the story.
We get to see Alexa solve more cases that the police struggle with. Of course, she has Madison by her side to help.
The fourth release is a movie that was released in theaters in February 2021. Saint Maud is finally coming to DVD and Blu-ray. The British psychological horror follows a nurse’s obsession to save a patient. This patient is in the late stages of cancer, and the nurse is sure she can help save her patient from death.
However, as the story continues, we see that Maud’s life starts to unravel. Her troubled past threatens to come up to the surface.
