Undone Season 2 is not coming to Amazon in December 2021

There are a few Amazon shows from 2019 and 2020 that we’re still waiting to see new seasons of. Undone Season 2 is one we’re looking out for.

The pandemic certainly caused a lot of problems. It put a lot of TV shows on hold as filming couldn’t happen for some time. Undone Season 2 was one of those shows that couldn’t film right away.

It’s not surprising to hear that Undone Season 2 isn’t on the list of new arrivals in December 2021. We didn’t expect to see it, but it didn’t stop us from double-checking the list just in case. There is always that chance of a Christmas miracle.

Undone Season 2 release date predictions

When could we see the second season premiere? That’s anyone’s guess at this point. There is just so little news about Undone Season 2.

It’s one of those shows that just seems to have been put on the backburner during the pandemic. I’m sure there’s plenty of pre-production work happening, but it doesn’t look like production has started.

This series is one that goes through a lot of stages. While it is animation, it is filmed live first. The animation is drawn on top of the live action, making the animation look a lot more life-like than most other animation you see. This takes a lot of extra work in the post-production process, but it is worth it.

We’re still waiting for any sign of the part of the process the show is in. Right now, it’s still happening. There are no signs that it’s been “unrenewed” as many shows were done during the pandemic. We’re hoping that Amazon doesn’t decide that the series isn’t worth it, because we know it definitely is.
