Streaming on Amazon Prime Video: What to watch on Oct. 18 to 24
It’s a new week, which means you’re looking at everything new streaming on Amazon Prime Video. It’s an extremely quiet week on both Amazon and IMDb TV.
There is only one new addition to Amazon Prime Video this week. Yes, it’s extremely quiet.
A new episode of I Know What You Did Last Summer will arrive on Friday, Oct. 22. The first four episodes dropped on Friday, Oct. 15. It’s not as cheesy as the trailer made it out to be, and it certainly offers an interesting twist with the twins. I also love how we’ve got confirmation over who it isn’t killing the people in the town.
The new episode is set to continue the search for who is behind the threats on the teenagers. Is one of them in the group doing the killing or does someone else on the island know the full truth?
What’s streaming on Amazon and IMDb TV this week?
With nothing else streaming on Amazon during the week, we’ll need to turn our attention to IMDb TV. The good news is all the content on this streamer is free, but you will need to accept the ads. Hey, ads in place of paying for another streaming platform is certainly a good compromise.
Only one new movie is being added to the platform during the week. The Walk joins the streamer on Wednesday, Oct. 20. It stars Joseph Gordon Levitt as Philippe Petit, and it’s based on a true story. The French street performer was known for daring stunts, and he decided to walk a tightrope between the Twin Towers in New York.
There are some great other additions from previous weeks on IMDb TV. This is a great time to check out Leverage: Redemption Season 1, Part 2, and a chance to watch Waterworld, Troy, and much more again.
What’s coming to Amazon Prime Video soon?
What can you look forward to? The rest of the month is quiet when it comes to content streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Another new episode of I Know What You Did Last Summer is coming and the full season of the adult animated series Fairfax will also join on Friday, Oct. 29.
