When will Halloween Kills come to DVD and Blu-ray?

Halloween Kills is currently out in theaters for all to enjoy. Just when will you be able to own it at home? When is Halloween Kills on DVD and Blu-ray?

It’s finally time to see the latest Halloween movie in theaters. It’s the latest sequel in the reboots, with the first Halloween being a direct sequel to the original 1970s movie. There is another one coming this time next year, and we can’t wait!

But for now, it’s all about Halloween Kills. You may not be able to get to the theaters just yet, or maybe you just don’t want to head out at the moment. You want to be able to watch it at home. How long will you have to wait?

When is Halloween Kills coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

There isn’t a release date just yet. Considering it is only just in theaters, that’s not surprising. However, we can look at a predicted date based on the 2018 movie Halloween.

The first movie in the rebooted sequels came out on Oct. 19, 2018. It took about three months to make it to DVD and Blu-ray. That’s really not that long at all.

With that in mind, we’re looking at a similar timeframe for this movie. Sure, there’s the pandemic to consider, but Universal Pictures has stuck to the traditional releases throughout. We’re looking at the middle of January 2021 for Halloween Kills to come to DVD and Blu-ray. If we had to predict an exact date, we’re looking at Jan. 11, 2021.

As for the digital release, we’re hoping that happens a little sooner than the DVD. This is what could change due to the pandemic. The first movie came out two and a half months on Digital after the theater release. We could see Halloween Kills at the end of December 2021.
