When is The Addams Family 2 coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

The Addams Family 2 is currently out in theaters and on VOD to rent. You may already want to add it to your DVD collection, but when will that be possible?

The animated Addams Family movie was something we didn’t realize we needed. When it comes to the sequel, we’re certainly excited.

The family is heading on a vacation, which you just know means more people who don’t understand their Gothic ways. It will lead to questions, fear, and judgment until the family is truly understood again.

You’ll likely want to add the movie to your DVD collection as soon as possible. How soon is that?

The Addams Family 2 DVD release date prediction

Right now, we don’t have an exact date for The Addams Family 2 on DVD and Blu-ray. That’s not all too surprising since it has only just been released in theaters.

We can look at the first The Addams Family movie to get an idea of the release schedule. It took a little more than three months for the movie to go from theaters to DVD. This was just before the pandemic, so we could see the time frame reduced by a month or so. That’s been the usual case for many movies.

With this in mind, we’re looking at between December 2021 and January 2022 for The Addams Family 2 to come to DVD and Blu-ray. You can already pre-order the movie on DVD even without the release date.

You can currently rent it on VOD. Renting means you have access to it temporarily, and once you start watching it, you need to finish it in 24 hours or you lose access to it. Eventually, it will be made available to buy on Digital.

It took two months for the first movie to go to Digital, but again, it was pre-pandemic. It’s possible that we’ll have to wait until the DVD release for the Digital release to happen.
