It’s another week, and that means new content streaming on Amazon Prime Video. What can you watch throughout the week on Amazon?
It is a slightly quiet week on Amazon Prime Video. You’ll have to wait until the end of the week for the new additions.
The good news is there was plenty added at the end of last week. Oct. 1 brought the big drop, with more than 60 additions. Then Oct. 3 saw the release of Prometheus. So, if you’re struggling for something to watch during the week, you can look through those additions. There’s sure to be something for you.
The Manor, Madres, and more
There are some great releases coming up on Friday, Oct. 8. Two of the most notable additions are the new Welcome to Blumhouse movies. Madres and The Manor make up the last of the second chapter.
Madres follows a Mexican-American couple expecting their first child. They relocate to a migrant farming community in California in the 1970s. When the mother starts experiencing strange visions and symptoms, she questions whether something more sinister is happening.
The Manor focuses on Judith Albright who is moved into a historic nursing home after suffering a stroke. She realizes that something is preying on the residents, and to survive, she needs to escape.
If you’re looking for something for the kids, new episodes of Jessy and Nessy are available to stream. The series follows Jessy, a young girl with magical glasses. Jessy goes on adventures with her best friend Nessy to a world full of animated characters.
