There’s very little change on the list of most read Amazon books last week. Take a look at the full list from Aug. 22 to Aug. 28.

Every now and then, the list of most read books doesn’t really change. There are a few books that move between themselves, and that’s it. This is one of those weeks.

The entire Top 10 remains unchanged. There are only four books lower down the list that move among themselves, with the rest of the list staying the same. There is nothing new to report.

It does mean that Billy Summers by Stephen King continues to hold the top spot. Is this really all too surprising? We all know how great Stephen King books are, and he’s certainly an author we love to see more from.

The Cellist down, People We Meet on Vacation up

The movement is in the last quarter of the list. Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson gained a place, getting into 15th place. That knocked The Cellist by Daniel Silva down one spot.

The other two books to switch places were People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry and The Paper Palace by Miranda Cowley Heller. The former gained a spot to land in 17th place, while the latter lost a spot.

All the other books remained the same. That included The Moonlight Child by Karen McQuestion, which was the only book to enter the list during the previous weekWhere the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens also holds onto the last place on the list.
