In the Heights and more coming to DVD and Blu-ray this week
The last day of August brings nine DVD and Blu-ray releases. In the Heights, NCIS: New Orleans Season 7 and more are heading to our shelves.
August has been a great month for DVD and Blu-ray releases, and it’s ending much in the same way. Some great TV shows are coming, along with summer movies.
In the Heights is one of the more notable releases, especially when it comes to the movie releases. Based on the Broadway production, it brings a fun and colorful musical to our screens and now to our shelves.
What can you watch when it comes to the TV shows? We’ll take a look before getting into all nine releases.
NCIS: New Orleans, Fear the Walking Dead, and more
NCIS: New Orleans Season 7 is one of the big releases, although this is a bittersweet one. It’s the final season of the crime drama, and we weren’t expecting the cancellation. In fact, the show wasn’t expecting the cancellation either.
One show that was thinking it would be canceled due to getting a two-hour finale was Blue Bloods. The Season 11 DVD is coming on Tuesday, Aug. 31. In the end, the show wasn’t canceled, but that doesn’t stop the DVD from being worth buying.
If you love zombie shows, you probably watch Fear the Walking Dead. You can get Season 6 on DVD and Blu-ray this week. And don’t forget about The Good Doctor Season 4.
