While there were no new entries on the list of most sold Amazon books, there was plenty of movement and some reentries. Here’s a look at the full list.

Some weeks, there’s nothing new that stands out. Or maybe there’s nothing new that stands out enough. That’s one of those weeks with no new entries on the list of most sold Amazon books at all.

That doesn’t mean the list is the exact same as the previous week. There are four reentries toward the bottom of the list, with Mythos by Stephen Fry and Circe by Madeline Miller as two of them.

One of the notable reentries is going to be The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien. Amazon’s Lord of the Rings series got a premiere date recently, so it’s possible we might see some of the books enter some of the lists. I’m expecting that to happen a little closer to the September 2022 date, though.

It Ends with Us up, Dune down

Toward the top of the list, there was a lot of movement. Billy Summers by Stephen King held onto the top spot after claiming that during the previous weekThe Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave also held onto the second spot.

It’s from the third spot that things change. It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover gained three places to land in this spot. Her other novel on the list Verity wasn’t too far behind, gaining four places to get into the Top 5.

Taylor Jenkins Reid had a great week, too. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo gained eight spots to get into fourth place. It’s mostly all about the women in the Top 5.

Meanwhile, Dune by Frank Herbert fell three places. I’m sure this book will move up and down for a while until the movie is released in theaters.

After a great entry the previous week, We Were Never Here by Andrea Bartz saw the biggest drop. It lost eight places to get knocked out of the Top 10.
