When is Space Jam 2: A New Legacy coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

Space Jam 2 is now available to stream on HBO Max and is out in theaters. When will you be able to watch it on DVD and Blu-ray?

Whether you thought it was needed or not, Space Jam 2  is a fun movie for the whole family. You can currently watch it in theaters, and for a limited time, it’s going to be on HBO Max to stream. However, you probably want to add it to your DVD collection.

LeBron James and his young son Dom are the two that end up in the digital space. It’s all thanks to a rogue AI and they will need to team up with Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes to get back home safely. Of course, a basketball game is necessary.

So, will it be on DVD and Blu-ray? Here’s everything to know right now.

Space Jam 2 DVD release date

There is some good news. Space Jam 2 is coming to DVD and Blu-ray eventually. It’s a Warner Bros. movie so there’s no way that it wouldn’t head to home video. You’ll likely also find that it comes to 4K because of the graphics needed for this movie to fully enjoy it.

When will that be, though? We can look at current Warner Bros. movies like The Little Things and Wonder Woman 1984 to see what type of DVD release structure Warner Bros. is doing during the pandemic.

The movies stuck to the three-month release date window. That’s what we’re looking at for Space Jam 2. We’re probably looking at around Oct. 12 or Oct. 19 as a release date.
