The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 is not coming in July 2021

Ready for more of Midge Maisel’s story? Of course you are. Unfortunately, there’s still a wait for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4.

There’s no doubt you’re ready for more from Midge Maisel. That’s not happening in July 2021. We’ve checked the list of July releases on Amazon twice and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 is definitely not on there.

While we don’t have the season, we do have some news about some new cast members. Milo Ventimiglia and Kelly Bishop will both join the season, making for some excellent Gilmore Girls reunions. It was only about time.

We don’t get to know too much about who they will play. The series if very good at keeping big casting announcements relatively quiet.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 release date

We weren’t really expecting The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 to come in July 2021. Filming on the season only started back in January due to delays because of the pandemic. It’s going to be a little harder to film a show like this due to pandemic protocols, too.

There tend to be shots filled with extras, sometimes hundreds of them. That’s not possible with the pandemic protocols, which meant a few changes here and there for the fourth season.

With filming still going on, we’re not expecting the new season until much closer to the end of the year at the earliest. It may be possible still to get the season in December 2021, but we may have to wait until 2022 to get the fourth season.

It’s certainly going to be worth the wait. After all, each season of this series has gotten better and better.
