Is Black Summer on Amazon?

While we called for Z Nation to be saved, a prequel was ordered instead. Black Summer gives us a look at how the apocalypse started but is it on Amazon?

Black Summer Season 2 is now available to stream. If you love survival shows, this is definitely one for you.

During the first season, we got a chance to see how the zombie apocalypse started. It was all about choosing who to trust as we followed one woman on a mission to get her daughter back.

The second season is more than just a fight against the zombies. It’s a show that focuses on humans turning against each other. How far are you willing to go to make sure you stay alive, and are you willing to trust anyone other than family?

Black Summer is not available on Amazon

There’s some bad news if you were hoping to watch Black Summer on Amazon. It’s not available to stream on Amazon Prime Video, and it’s highly unlikely that will ever happen.

Black Summer is a Netflix Original Series. It’s only available to stream on Netflix. And this isn’t a series that has been released on Digital or DVD. There are very few Netflix shows that get the DVD and Blu-ray treatment because Netflix wants to keep as much exclusive to the service as possible.

You can binge-watch all two seasons of the series (so far) on Netflix right now. That’s 16 episodes in total.

Is Z Nation on Amazon?

What about the parent show? Black Summer didn’t quite hit the mark that Z Nation did, but where can you watch the SYFY series now? This is one that you can watch on Amazon.

You can’t watch Z Nation on Amazon Prime Video, but you can buy the episodes on Digital via Amazon Video. All five seasons are available to buy and they’ll be added to your Amazon Library. It doesn’t matter where the series goes to stream, you’ll always have access to it via your Amazon Library.
