Is Flack Season 3 coming in 2021?

You’ve spent the weekend binge-watching Flack Season 2 (two or three times!) and now you want more. When will Flack Season 3 come to Amazon Prime Video?

What a way to end another season of Flack! The second season certainly left us with a lot of questions. There’s hope for some of the characters, but not a lot for Robyn. And of course, now we want answers as soon as possible.

Right now, Amazon hasn’t canceled or renewed the series. It’s not uncommon for us to have to wait for a renewal from Amazon. There are some shows like The Boys that will get an early renewal, but most other shows have to wait.

We had hoped a renewal would happen after the first season dropped earlier this year. We should hear about the renewal within the next month or so; hopefully sooner rather than later.

When could Flack Season 3 premiere on Amazon?

Without a renewal, it’s hard to say when the season will come out on Amazon. However, one thing we can say is that it’s very unlikely for Flack Season 3 to come in 2021. It would take some sort of miracle for that to happen.

Not only does the season need to be picked up, but it would also need to be written, filmed, and put through post-production. All of that takes months to get through, even though the season is just six episodes long.

We’re looking at the summer of 2022 for the season to arrive at the earliest. It can take 14 to 18 months between seasons. Since Flack is just six episodes and won’t require as much post-production effects as the likes of The Expanse and The Boys, we’re probably looking at the shorter timeframe, so about 14 months.
