We’re into a new week, and it’s time to look back at the Amazon books most people read last week. The Peter Rabbit books entered the list.

I’m not 100% sure why Beatrix Potter’s books made their way to the list of most read books. I expected something to do with rabbits around Easter. However, the Beatrix Potter books cover so many different creatures, that they work for throughout the year and for all types of needs.

The boxset entered in 16th place. It wasn’t the only new book on the list, either. 21st Birthday by James Patterson & Maxine Paetro joined the list in 18th place.

With two new books on the list, there was some movement elsewhere. In fact, there’s a new No. 1 book.

Project Hail Mary, The Last Thing He Told Me, and more

The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave entered the list for the first time the previous week. It gained the most spots during last week, moving up 10 places to get into the Top 10.

Andy Weir’s book Project Hail Mary was also new the previous week and gained spots during last week. It moved up four places to take over the top spot.

The Harry Potter books and Kristin Hannah’s The Four Winds didn’t just move down a spot each. While Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix lost one spot, two other Harry Potter books stayed the same and The Deathly Hallows moved up into the Top 5. In fact, The Half-Blood Prince also moved up a spot.

That’s pushed The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah down five places. The book is now in seventh place.
