When is Spiral: From the Book of Saw coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

Spiral: From the Book of Saw is the next movie in the major horror franchise. When will you be able to get Spiral on DVD and Blu-ray?

If you’re a fan of the Saw movies, this new addition to the franchise is likely to be on your list to buy whether you really wanted it to happen or not. You’ve got to keep up with the collection, right?

The reviews for Spiral aren’t great. Despite the high-profile cast that includes Chris Rock and Samuel L. Jackson, the new addition to the franchise doesn’t quite live up to the previous movies.

It currently holds a 44% rating on Rotten Tomatoes from the critics. Audiences rate it a little higher, giving it a 74% approval rating. Critics look at movies in a slightly different way to audiences, which tends to lead to a big difference, especially when it comes to horror.

When is Spiral on DVD and Blu-ray?

You’ve already decided that you’re getting it on DVD and Blu-ray. The only think you need to know is when it will arrive.

There isn’t a set date just yet. That’s not surprising since the movie has just come out. We can make an educated guess, though.

Spiral: From the Book of Saw is a Lionsgate movie, so we’re looking at the likes of John Wick 3 and Bombshell for an idea as to the length of time it takes to go from theaters to DVD. We’re looking at between three and four months. John Wick 3 took four months to get to DVD and Blu-ray, which is on the longer side and likely due to the success of the movie.

We can probably go with the three-month window for Spiral, especially with the pandemic still causing some problems. We’ll be sure to let you know when there’s a confirmed date.
