The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 is not coming to Amazon Prime Video in May 2021

We’re still waiting for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 to arrive, but it’s not going to happen in May 2021. What do we know so far?

There are certainly plenty of questions that need answering after the way The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 3 came to an end. The biggest questions are all about Midge’s career, especially since she used her contract for the tour as collateral to get a house. Now she has no tour and no income!

On top of that, Susie has taken on a new client. That shouldn’t be bad news, but the client is Sophie Lennon. Jane Lynch is excellent in the role, but Sophie is not a woman Midge likes at all, and Midge will feel burned when she learns the truth.

There’s still a while to wait for that truth to come out, though. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 wasn’t on the list of May releases on Amazon Prime Video.

When is The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4 coming to Amazon?

The season is still filming. Production was delayed due to COVID, and creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and EP Daniel Palladino had to find a way to make their show COVID friendly. That was never going to be easy considering the amount of extras they usually use!

Filming is currently underway, but it is going to take time. There will also be the post-production work afterward. This is going to push the release date.

We could see The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Sesaon 4 arrive in 2021. It is just about doable, especially if Amazon sticks to the December release date that the previous seasons have had. We may have to wait for early 2022.

We know it’s going to be worth the wait. The question for many is whether this season is going to be the last.
