There’s plenty of content to check out throughout this weekend. Whether you have Amazon Prime Video or want something free, here’s what’s coming to Amazon.

There’s something for everyone when it comes to the Amazon releases this weekend. It’s the May 1 drop, so of course there are plenty of titles.

Nanny McPhee is a top pick for those with children. You’ll want something to watch as a family together, and Amazon doesn’t just offer the one movie. Both the Nanny McPhee movies are coming to Amazon Prime Video on Saturday, May 1.

You can turn to Amazon’s free streaming service for another family-friendly movie. The Land Before Time is arriving to IMDb TV. You’ll just have to deal with the ads, but it’s worth it for being free!

Action, suspense, and more

Want something without the kids? There are still plenty of options arriving. Fans of Resident Evil can watch the first two movies from the franchise. Some of the Alien movies are also heading to both Amazon Prime Video and IMDb TV.

For those who like suspense or to follow a crime, The Da Vinci Code and the sequel Angels and Demons are heading to Amazon Prime Video. They’re not as good as the books, but there’s no doubt that you’ll want to watch for Tom Hanks alone.

Speaking of Tom Hanks, one of his best-ever performances is heading to IMDb TV. You can watch The Road to Perdition on Saturday, May 1.

Still not enough? Sunday has an excellent pick over on IMDb TV. You’ve got the chance to watch the Snowpiercer movie with Chris Evans and Jamie Bell. While it’s based on the same story at the TV series on TNT, the two are not set in the exact same universe. That’s something to remember when you start to ask about your Tailie detective.

For those in need of a TV show, there is one arriving this weekend. Spend your time binge-watching My Name is Earl on IMDb TV.
