Them Season 2 release date, cast, trailer, synopsis, and more

You’ve just binge-watched the first season and now you want more. Them Season 2 is officially happening, and here’s what we know so far.

Yes, you read that right. When Amazon picked up the Lena Waithe and Little Marvin series, it was with a two-season order. We’ve known this whole time that Them Season 2 would happen.

The series is an anthology horror. That means the story of the Emory family is done. We’ll get a whole new story in the next season, which certainly changes things up when it comes to casting and synopsis.

Here’s what we know about Them Season 2 so far, with updates as they happen.

Them Season 2 release date

We don’t have a release date yet, which isn’t that surprising. The first season has only just been released.

It usually takes 14–18 months for new seasons of an Amazon series. If a renewal happens early enough, that time can be cut to 12 months. However, that’s not when filming within a pandemic.

We could expect Them Season 2 somewhere around June 2022 to October 2022, but there’s no guarantee of that just yet. We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for a release date, but it doesn’t usually come until a month before the planned release.

Them Season 2 cast

With the series being an anthology, there isn’t a cast confirmed for Season 2 just yet. The show could go the route of American Horror Story and have the same cast return as new characters. Alternatively, the show could opt for an entirely new cast.

Of course, without filming, there is no trailer just yet. Most of the time, a teaser trailer will come about a month or two before a release date. The full trailer can then arrive a couple of weeks before.

We don’t know what the second season’s story will be about. All we know is that it will be focus on Black America with some sort of supernatural or horror element mixed in.

It’s going to be exciting to find out what the storyline of Them Season 2 will entail.
