Is American Gods Season 3 on tonight, Sunday, March 28?

Sunday nights have been filled with new episodes of American Gods Season 3. Is that the case this week? What’s going on with the schedule?

We’ll get the bad news out of the way. American Gods Season 3 is not on tonight. The previous episode, which ended with a major death and cliffhanger, was the season finale.

The good news is that if you’ve been waiting for all episodes to drop on STARZ, you can now binge-watch the entire season. This is one that got back on track with the book, although there were episodes that felt they moved slightly away or dragged a little.

That being said, there are no new episodes left so far. Instead, STARZ will bring the second episode of The Gloaming while bringing the next episode of Men in Kilts and the season finale of The Luminaries.

Is American Gods Season 3 the last?

Since you know it’s the season finale, you’ll want to know if and when the series will return. American Gods Season 4 hasn’t been confirmed just yet.

In a way, that isn’t surprising. This is one of those shows that has seen a consistent change of showrunner. It’s been hard to keep the consistency, and it’s certainly been felt in the storytelling. STARZ will probably want to make sure there will be no more changes and check on the views before renewing for a fourth season.
