Invincible is coming to Amazon Prime Video tonight
Ready for the superhero animated series Invincible? You’ve got less than 24 hours to wait for the series to drop on Amazon Prime Video.
That’s right; there are less than 24 hours. In fact, there could be just 14 hours or so left to wait.
As a global original, the show is going to drop at midnight GMT. That is great news for those in North America. Because of timezones, there’s a chance that we get it tonight, Thursday, March 25. Check out your Prime subscription from 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
If it’s not there right away, give it time. The latest it will be available is midnight local, but most of the time, the releases are early.
Only the first three episodes will be available. Like The Boys and The Expanse, the show is going to be released weekly after tomorrow.
What is Invincible about?
The adult animated superhero series follows the story of Mark Grayson. He’s just a normal teenager, except that his father is one of the world’s greatest superheroes.
It’s not until his 16th birthday that he gets his powers, and that leads to him trying to follow in his father’s footsteps. When he struggles to control his powers, he starts to doubt his abilities. It’s time for him to become the superhero he’s meant to be and not what his father is.
At the same time, he meets a group of other younger superheroes. Can he find a place with them while he also struggles to find a place in the normal world?
Steven Yuen voices Mark. J.K. Simmons and Sandra Oh voice Mark’s parents Nolan and Debbie. There is a long list of excellent actors behind the voices. You’re not going to want to miss this one out.
