Not sure what to watch this week? You’re covered with shows and movies on Amazon to watch with Bloodlands and more.

For some of the releases, you just need Amazon Prime Video. In fact, you can opt for the free streaming service from Amazon to get some good content. A couple of the releases are on Amazon Channels.

It really depends on what you want from the week. There is the first episode of a gritty TV crime drama, and there are a couple of comedies worth checking out. There’s also a rebooted horror movie that you know you’re curious about.

With so much on TV and streaming right now, it’s time to narrow down your picks.

Bloodlands and more for shows and movies on Amazon this week

Bloodlands

We’ll start with the releases on Amazon Channels. The first is on Acorn TV. Bloodlands premieres on Monday, March 15. Starring James Nesbitt, it’s a gritty Northern Irish drama that starts with an expensive car being pulled out of a lake.

There’s a connection to an infamous cold case, and it’s clear someone wants the police to reopen that case. It has a lot of memories, though. Nesbitt’s character, Tom Brannick realizes that the past will never stay there.

The Craft: Legacy

For the next release, you’ll want STARZ at the end of the week. The Craft: Legacy arrives on Friday, March 19. It’s most definitely the reboot you know wasn’t needed but has you intrigued despite that.

The movie follows a group of teenagers who want to dabble in witchcraft. They get far more than they bargained for, and some of them are willing to be more reckless with their magic than others.

Words on Bathroom Walls

If you need a more meaningful movie, you’ll need Amazon Prime Video at the end of the week. Words on Bathroom Walls drops on Friday, March 15.

The story follows a high school senior who is diagnosed with a mental illness. He tries to keep the illness hidden, except that he starts falling for a classmate who encourages him to embrace that mental illness instead of letting it define who he is.

Pride + Prejudice + Zombies

IMDb TV has some excellent options for shows and movies on Amazon. The first of the releases is Pride + Prejudice + Zombies, the 2016 horror-comedy. This is a take on Pride and Prejudice but with, well, zombies. The title is pretty clear about that.

Elizabeth Bennet and Dr. Darcy team up to take down the zombies. Will they fall in love at the same time?

The Dilemma

Want straight comedy? How about something from 2011? IMDb TV is the place to stay for this one. On Tuesday, March 16, The Dilemma drops. It stars Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, and Jennifer Connelly.

Ronny and Nick have been best friends since high school. They’re now business partners, and everything is perfect. That is until Ronny finds out Nick is having an affair with his wife. Uh oh!
