Back to the Future movies are coming to Amazon (again!) in March 2021

Sure, you’ve seen the Back to the Future movies a thousand times, but they never get old. Watch them on Amazon again throughout March 2021.

It really doesn’t matter how many times you’ve watched the Back to the Future trilogy. You’ll happily watch all three movies over and over again. You get a chance on Amazon Prime Video next month as all three movies arrive on March 1.

It’s worth noting that these movies only tend to be on a streaming service for a month at a time. Just as they’re added, they end up being removed. You’ll want to make sure you watch the three of them in time, because it’s hard to say which streaming platform they’ll go to next. They do sometimes take a break from streaming.

This is the perfect time to introduce the three movies to the kids. They’ll love the journey to the past, to the future, and back to the Wild Wild West. And you’ll spot things you’ve never seen before the more you watch them.

What are the Back to the Future movies about?

Never seen the movies? Where have you been? Okay, maybe you’re a Gen Z who is slowly finding out how great 1980s cinema could be.

The three Back to the Future movies are pretty much one story across the three movies. They all start with Marty McFly who accidentally heads to 1955 in an attempt to avoid people who have killed Doc Brown. While there, he needs to prevent him mom hitting on him, get his parents back together, and save Doc Brown’s life.

Simple, right?

There are plenty of twists and turns along the way. He ends up in 2015 in the second movie (which is nothing like the 2015 we got) and then back to 1885 to the Wild Wild West in the third movie. Watch them back to back to get all the connections between the three movies.
