You all know her name. Whether it’s from her time on Sonny with a Chance or from her epic, powerful music, Demi Lovato is one of those names the majority of people know. Sadly, it’s not always for good reasons, though.
Back in 2018, you’ll probably remember all the headlines were about her overdose. While she’s recovered, there are lasting effects. The singer and actress realizes now that she is on her ninth life, and it’s time to do something about it.
Part of that has been rehab, and part of it has been therapy. And now she’s ready to set the record straight and tell it all. Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil is coming on March 23, but where are you going to be able to watch the four-part docuseries?
Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil will only come to YouTube
You won’t be able to watch the series on Amazon. Maybe one day it will come to Amazon for sale on Digital, but it’s not going to be on Amazon Prime Video. This is a YouTube Original series.
It’s the latest docuseries that’s coming to YouTube as part of its new original slate. Alicia Keys also has one coming up.
The four-part series is going to be worth tuning into, though. It’s more than just a story about Demi and her overdose, according to Deadline. This is more than just about her substance abuse. The singer talks about past traumas, hiding the pain, and being honest with those around her. It’s about her survival and what her past substance abuse has done to her now.
