Back in 2019, we learned Goliath Season 4 would happen. It is also the final season. What do we know about the release date, cast, and more so far?

It’s been a while since a new episode dropped. In fact, it’s been a while since we got any news about the season.

Production initially started on Goliath Season 4 back in November 2019, and then the pandemic hit in 2020. The series was one of those with production paused due to the pandemic, but it should have picked back up again. The show isn’t one of those that heavily promotes when production has started to help keep things flowing as best as possible.

Goliath Season 4 release date

There isn’t an official release date just yet. With some hope, it is possible that the fourth season will drop sometime in 2021 since production did start back in November 2019. It’s going to depend on how much was completed before going into lockdown.

This is a show that will likely get the full release at once, especially with it being the final season.

Goliath Season 4 cast

We know Thornton will be back as Billy McBride for the show. There is no Goliath without him, and we last left the character in danger, so we need to find out what’s going on.

The majority of those left at the end of the third season should be back, unless there have been some scheduling conflicts due to the pandemic.

Back in February 2020, Entertainment Weekly shared that J.K. Simmons and Bruce Dern are joining the cast. They’ll play George Zax and Frank Zax respectively.

George is the head of a family-owned pharmaceutical company. It’s one of the biggest companies in the nation. Frank is the genius brother but also the black sheep of the family. That’s all we get to know for now.

There isn’t a trailer for the season just yet. We’ll be sure to bring it when it drops but don’t expect it until about a month or two before the show’s release date.

The third season left McBride’s character in a dangerous situation, so we’ll certainly pick up with that. As for the rest of the season, it’s going to focus on the rampant drug problem in America, which makes sense with two baddies that are connected to Big Pharma.

This is something that is both timely and impacts an entire generation (and more!). Goliath has always been a timely series, and this season will see the show go out with a bang.
