Seven new books joined the list of most sold Amazon books last week. The Hill We Climb and Change Sings by Amanda Gorman are among them.

The Bridgerton books were knocked down the list due to some of the additions. The Duke and I sits in third place now, which is still a respectable place after five weeks on the list. The second book, which saw a gain during the previous week, lost three places but holds onto the Top 5.

The biggest drop from the Bridgerton novels was the fourth book, Romancing Mister Bridgerton. It lost seven places, being knocked out of the Top 10. There’s still time for it to gain as the Netflix series continues to remain popular.

What was it that knocked them off the list? We need to look at the notable additions on the list of most sold Amazon books from Jan. 24 to 30, then we can look at the full list.

Amanda Gorman takes over the top of the list

There were seven new additions to the list in total, with three of them making their way into the Top 5. All three are by Amanda Gorman.

In top place we have The Hill We Climb and Other Poems, while The Hill We Climb on its own sits in fourth place. Change Sings made it into second place.

All these books are for young readers, showing the move to more educational fiction books for all.

We stay in the Top 10 for the next two additions. Vi Keeland has another novel out, and it’s naturally entered hit. The Invitation is in ninth place, although like her other books, there’s a chance it will drop quickly.

Ashley Audrain’s The Push entered in 10th place. Meanwhile, The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah and Before She Disappeared by Lisa Gardner entered in 14th and 16th place respectively.
