The Expanse Season 5 finale is coming to Amazon Prime Video tonight
We’re at the end of the road for The Expanse Season 5. It’s time to see how the season ends. The Expanse Season 5 finale is on Amazon tonight.
We’re finally going to see how this big storyline comes to an end. For the whole season the focus as been on Marco, who is bringing the Belters together—although not all of them are joining purely by choice and more for survival’s sake.
The finale will be available on Amazon Prime Video at midnight GMT on Wednesday, Feb. 3. This is excellent news for those in North America. Thanks to timezones, we’re likely to get the episode at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Tuesday, Feb. 2. Yes, that’s tonight!
If it isn’t available right away, do check in about an hour or two later. All previous episodes have been available early, so there’s no reason to think tonight will be any different.
What to expect on The Expanse Season 5 finale
Our Roci crew has been separated, and it looks like we’re not going to see them all together again. After all, Cas Anvar isn’t returning for The Expanse Season 6 but the decision wasn’t made until after Season 5 finished filming. Unless something was quickly redone, there’s no way Amos is getting back to the Roci to reunite everyone for one last time.
Amos is more likely to team up with Avasarala, while Holden and Alex head to Naomi in an effort to save her. Is everyone going to make it out alive this season?
Camina may also head to Naomi. It’s hard when she’s not really in control of her ship, but there are people willing to play the long game, and Camina needs to do that too.
The biggest question is whether everyone can save Naomi in time to then stop Marco by the end of the episode. Will Marco’s story continue into The Expanse Season 6?
