There is something for fans of Matrix and those with younger children. Of course, it’s February, so there are some movies on Amazon for those looking for a bit of romance. Let’s take a look at the full list.

Sonic the Hedgehog

We’ll start with the movie that’s for the whole family. There was a lot of controversy over Sonic the Hedgehog and it led to the animators going back to the drawing board. While it meant a wait, it was certainly worth it.

The movie is a fun take on the video game franchise. There’s something for kids and adults to adore.

Sonic the Hedgehog is on Amazon Prime Video on Feb. 18.

Bliss

If you’re looking for a movie that is going to make you think, you’ll want to check out Owen Wilson’s upcoming Amazon Original Movie Bliss. It has a bit of a Matrix-style story, where it’s hard to tell what’s going to be reality and what’s going to be a computer-generated world.

However, there’s more to it than that. There’s a fight for survival and a fight for the world one man knows.

Bliss is on Prime on Feb. 5.

The Map of Tiny Perfect Things

If you want a teen romance story, you’ll want to check out The Map of Tiny Perfect Things. The first trailer is finally out, giving us a look at the story to come.

This is a Groundhog Day-style movie, with two people who find themselves reliving the same day over and over again. They spend the time together searching for all the perfect things in the world. But what happens when one of them wants to break the timeloop.

Moulin Rouge

The first of the month doesn’t have as much dropping, but there are still some great additions. One of those is the musical that stars Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman.

Moulin Rouge is packed with fan-favorite music and a bittersweet storyline. Is it time to introduce your older children to the film?

The Informer

For those who prefer action, you’ll want to check out The Informer. Not to be confused with the Amazon series Informer, this movie follows Joel Kinnaman as an ex-con who needs to head back into prison undercover to take down a crime organization.

This was the movie that started to push Kinnaman to lead roles and made him a household name. If you love him in Hanna, you’ll want to check out The Informer.
