Uncle Frank and more on Amazon Prime Video this week?

Uncle Frank is on Amazon Prime Video between Nov. 23 and 27

Can you believe the last week of November is here? Amazon Prime Video doesn’t have much to get you in the Christmas spirit yet, but this weekend is full of powerful movies.

Uncle Frank is the big release. It’s an Amazon Original movie that isn’t getting the usual Friday release. Instead, you’ll be able to watch it on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Paul Bettany stars as the titular character. He has a close relationship with his niece, but is the black sheep of the family. When his father dies, he has to return home and embarks on a road trip with his niece and his “roommate.” That roommate is more than just a friend, and he finally allows some of his secrets to come out.

Two other movies coming to Amazon Prime Video this week

You’ll also want to look out for Bombshell, which drops on Thursday, Nov. 26. This movie stars Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie, and Charlize Theron as three prolific women at one of America’s biggest news stations.

They’re going to step out of their comfort zone to prove they’re worth just as much as their male counterparts. It’s going to rock everything.

On Friday, Nov. 27, there’s a heartfelt movie called Life in a Year dropping. Jaden Smith stars as Daryn, a 17-year-old who learns his girlfriend is dying. She has a year left to live, and he’s determined to make it the most memorable year of both of their lives. It’s time to bring a lifetime’s worth of experiences in just 12 months, which is no easy feat.
