Small Axe

If you prefer a limited series, you’ll want to wait for closer to the end of the month. Small Axe from Steve McQueen is dropping on the streaming platform. It features some of the best actors in the business, telling stories from the late-1960s to the mid-1980s that shaped London’s West Indian community. Lives have developed due to discrimination and racism.

There are five original films within the limited series. You don’t need to watch the five films in order. It’s an anthology series of films. It’s best to follow them in order, though. There may be a few things that cross over.

The episodes begin on Nov. 20, airing weekly until Dec. 18.

The Pack Season 1

For those who love reality shows and competition shows, one of the Amazon Originals is definitely for you. The Pack is a series that follows 12 dogs and their human companions in a challenge around the world. The dogs will lead their humans through exciting events, like mazes and bridge walks.

Okay, so the humans will possibly do the leading. They’ll work as a team, with the winning duo getting money for themselves and their chosen animal charities. It looks like Survivor but for dog lovers.

All episodes will be available to stream on Nov. 20.

Uncle Frank

Finally, it’s time for the most heartfelt release of the month. Uncle Frank is a movie perfect for those who like wholesome dramas about figuring out who you are. It’s a movie for those who like to see people build up the courage to announce who they are.

In this case, it’s all about Beth’s Uncle Frank. After the death of his father, Frank goes on a journey back home and Beth joins him. Along the way, she learns more about her favorite uncle and the secrets he’s had to harbor for so long. When they’re joined by Frank’s lover Walid, the journey becomes wilder than anybody expected.

The movie is available to stream from Nov. 25.
